There’s gotta be a Shakespearean insult that has to do with not appreciating birdsongs!

I savor every birdsong I hear on my morning walks.

Oh I have doing so much of the same recently! πŸ¦œπŸŽ΅β—And we live next to a river so l hear ospreys, geese, ducks, and all the different songs of the migrators along the river. Cacophony, symphony, looking for their own.

I recently discovered the birdsong therapy too and this fact. As long as the birds are singing, there's no danger. When the birds go quiet.... the fear brain registers the meaning as danger. It's fascinating our biological imperatives!

Holy maccaroni you just blew my brain. I did not even know this. No wonder I feel so peaceful in my bedroom as I can almost always hear the birds and their babies chirping away in the bamboo right next to my window 😍😍

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ that song at the end has me dying hahahahah. I loved this!!! What an EXCELLENT reminder that the little nudges nature/spirit/universe/divine/big-sky-daddy/etc. gives us... like "BIRD SONG" on the radio... are so powerful and beautiful and meaningful. Bird sounds are so beautiful and remind me of pure presence and conciseness and not to stress about the (usually not that significant) stress of life. Those little tweeters aren't giving a hoot about the anxiety of living in the past or the stress of living in the future. They're just... living. <3

Exactly. Lily manifested in the form of a bird for her afterlife and I'm taking that as a symbol to release my anxiety
